一、條款之接受與適用
    1.    歡迎您使用本網站（以下稱「本網站」）所提供之集貨、代收、代運及其他相關服務（以下統稱「本服務」）。當您完成會員註冊、登入帳號、下單或以任何方式使用本服務時，即表示您已閱讀、了解並同意遵守本服務條款及相關規範。
    2.    本網站有權因營運需求、法令修正或服務調整，隨時修改或更新本服務條款。修訂內容公告於網站後即生效，不另行個別通知。若您於修訂後繼續使用本服務，即視為您同意接受最新版本之服務條款；如不同意，請立即停止使用本服務。

    4.    本網站得依服務管理需要，就會員使用方式、資料保存期間、儲存容量、集貨期限及其他相關事項訂定合理限制或管理措施。若因系統維護、資料整理、服務調整或其他合理原因導致部分資料刪除、未保存或帳號停用，本網站於法律允許範圍內不負相關賠償責任。
    5.    若會員帳號長時間未使用，或有違反本條款之情形，本網站得視情況限制、暫停或終止其帳號及相關服務。

 

二、服務內容及運送說明
    1.    本網站主要提供海外商品代收、集貨及國際轉運服務。會員自行於境外網站購買商品後，可委託本網站代為收貨、集貨、包裝及安排運送至指定收件地址。
    2.    本服務所收取之費用可能包含國際運費、包裝費、倉儲費、代收服務費、關稅、營業稅或其他依法應負擔之費用，實際金額依網站結帳頁面或公告為準。
    3.    國際運輸是否產生進口關稅、營業稅或其他政府規費，將依各國海關規定及商品內容認定。本網站無義務提供完稅證明。如會員有報關或取得正式完稅文件需求，應於寄送前主動通知本網站，並自行負擔相關報關及行政費用。
    4.    本網站僅提供代收、集貨及轉運服務，並非商品販售者，因此不負責商品品質、真偽、保固、退換貨、維修或售後服務。相關權利義務應由會員自行向原購買商家主張。
    5.    如商品屬易碎品、高價品、精密設備或需特殊包裝之物品，會員應自行告知並負擔相關包裝費用。若未提出特殊需求，因運送過程造成之損壞，本網站除依法應負責之情形外，不負賠償責任。
    6.    如因物流業者因素造成包裹遺失，會員應提供購買證明、付款紀錄及商品價值等文件供本網站協助申請理賠。每筆集貨訂單最高賠償金額以新臺幣10,000元為上限；若商品價值高於上述金額，建議會員自行投保貨物保險或選擇具有保價服務之物流方式。
    7.    本服務屬依會員需求客製化提供之代收、集貨及國際運送服務，依《消費者保護法》及相關法令規定，不適用七日猶豫期間（鑑賞期）。
    8.    商品抵達本網站倉庫後，如會員未於通知期限內安排出貨或領取，逾15日者，本網站得按每日每筆運單收取倉儲管理費；逾30日仍未處理者，視為會員放棄該商品所有權，本網站得自行處理、銷毀或以其他合法方式處置，會員不得事後請求返還或賠償。

三、第三方網站及外部連結
    1.    本網站可能提供第三方網站或外部平台之連結，以利會員查詢商品或相關資訊。
    2.    該等網站係由第三方獨立經營，其內容、商品、服務及交易行為均與本網站無涉。本網站不保證其資訊之正確性、完整性、安全性或即時性。
    3.    會員因使用第三方網站所產生之一切權利義務、交易糾紛或損失，應自行與該第三方處理，本網站不負任何責任。

四、會員義務
    1.    會員應提供真實、完整且最新之個人資料，如資料有異動，應即時更新。如因資料錯誤導致無法配送、聯絡或其他損失，概由會員自行負責。
    2.    會員應妥善保管帳號及密碼，不得轉借、出租、出售或提供他人使用。因帳號遭冒用或密碼外洩所造成之損失，會員應立即通知本網站。
    3.    會員不得利用本服務運送法律禁止之物品，包括但不限於毒品、槍械、爆裂物、侵害智慧財產權商品、危險物品、仿冒品或各國禁止進出口之貨物。
    4.    本網站得視需要檢查會員委託運送之商品，如發現違禁品、危險物品或依法不得運送之物品，得拒絕收件、停止運送、退回、銷毀或依法通報主管機關。
    5.    會員不得利用本服務從事任何違法、侵權、詐欺、洗錢、散播病毒、干擾系統或其他影響本網站營運之行為。如因此造成第三人或本網站損害，會員應負全部法律責任及賠償責任。

    3.    會員僅得於個人非商業用途範圍內瀏覽、下載或列印網站內容，不因此取得任何智慧財產權授權。

七、免責聲明

八、準據法與管轄法院
    1.    本服務條款之解釋、適用及因使用本服務所生之一切爭議，均以中華民國法律為準據法。
    2.    因本服務所生之任何爭議，雙方應先本於誠信原則協商處理；如協商不成，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。但法律另有專屬管轄規定者，從其規定。

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Services.
3. Users who are below the legal age of majority must obtain consent from their legal guardian (parents or guardians) before registering or using the Services. By registering or continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have obtained such consent.
4. The Website may implement reasonable restrictions or management measures regarding service usage, data retention periods, storage limits, consolidation deadlines, and other operational matters. The Website shall not be held liable for any data deletion, loss, or account suspension caused by system maintenance, data management, service adjustments, or other reasonable circumstances, to the extent permitted by law.
5. The Website may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period or violate these Terms.

2. Service Description and Shipping Terms

1. The Website provides overseas parcel receiving, consolidation, and international forwarding services. Members may purchase goods from overseas platforms and authorize the Website to receive, consolidate, repack, and ship the goods to designated addresses.
2. Service fees may include international shipping fees, packaging fees, storage fees, handling fees, customs duties, VAT, and other applicable charges. Actual amounts are subject to the checkout page or official announcements.
3. Import duties, VAT, or other government charges may be imposed according to customs regulations and product classification in each country. The Website is not obligated to provide customs clearance certificates. If such documents are required, members must notify the Website in advance and bear all related customs and administrative costs.
4. The Website only provides forwarding, consolidation, and logistics services and is not a seller of goods. Therefore, it assumes no responsibility for product quality, authenticity, warranty, returns, exchanges, repairs, or after-sales services. All related claims shall be directed to the original seller.
5. For fragile, high-value, precision, or specially packaged items, members must notify the Website in advance and bear any additional packaging costs. Unless special instructions are provided, the Website shall not be liable for damage occurring during transportation, except as required by law.
6. In the event of parcel loss caused by logistics providers, members must provide proof of purchase, payment records, and product value for claims assistance. The maximum compensation per consolidation order is limited to TWD 10,000. For goods exceeding this value, members are advised to purchase additional insurance or choose insured shipping services.
7. As this is a customized forwarding and consolidation service, it is exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act and relevant regulations.
8. If parcels arrive at the warehouse and are not shipped or collected within 15 days after notification, storage fees may be charged per shipment per day. If unclaimed for more than 30 days, the goods shall be deemed abandoned, and the Website may dispose of them legally without liability for compensation or return.

3. Third-Party Websites and External Links

1. The Website may provide links to third-party websites or platforms for reference or convenience.
2. These third-party websites are independently operated, and their content, products, services, and transactions are not controlled or guaranteed by the Website. The Website makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, security, or timeliness.
3. Any disputes, losses, or obligations arising from the use of third-party websites shall be handled directly with the respective third party, and the Website bears no responsibility.

4. Member Obligations

1. Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Any errors or failure to update information resulting in delivery issues or losses shall be the member’s responsibility.
2. Members are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must not transfer, lend, sell, or share their accounts. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
3. Members shall not use the Services to ship prohibited items, including but not limited to drugs, firearms, explosives, counterfeit goods, dangerous materials, infringing goods, or items prohibited by applicable laws.
4. The Website reserves the right to inspect parcels. If prohibited or restricted items are identified, the Website may refuse acceptance, suspend shipment, return, destroy, or report to authorities.
5. Members shall not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, infringing, money laundering, system-disrupting, or malicious activities. Members shall be fully liable for any damages caused.

5. Privacy Policy

Personal data collection, processing, and use shall be governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Data may be used as necessary for service provision, logistics, customer support, payment processing, and legal compliance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content on the Website, including text, images, trademarks, software, design, databases, and audiovisual materials, is owned by the Website or its authorized licensors.
2. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, publicly transmitted, displayed, published, or used commercially without prior written consent.
3. Members are granted a limited, non-commercial right to browse, download, or print content for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer

1. The Website strives to maintain service stability and accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.
2. The Website shall not be liable for service disruptions or losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, network failures, hacking, logistics issues, or maintenance.
3. The Website is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services, except as required by law.
4. The Website may suspend services for maintenance or system upgrades without liability.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
2. Any disputes arising from the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance, unless otherwise mandated by exclusive jurisdiction provisions under law.
